Two game-winning hits - the first a walk-off in the bottom of the seventh inning, the second a home run into the camera well - and a shutout victory on the mound. It doesn't get much more clutch than that. Whiteford hadn't seen the field in seven weeks, but Crozier played a big role in assuring they won all three of their games when they returned to the field this week.

First, David found a new site to host their games after the Wiffle Iron was taken over by the Heritage Festival. Second, he showed up dressed in nicer attire than you'll ever see any Wiffler. Third, he mowed the lawn like a pro. Fourth, he sheltered guys in the church when a monsoon tore through and treated them to some mighty-fine piano. Fifth, and certainly not least, he not only took the field as a Seamen, but also the mound, and came away with a win!
